If you are buying the felt to make the gnome ornaments you will get 3 gnomes out of a 3×5 inch piece or 6 out of a 5×6 inch piece. You can find the gnome kits here, which make 6 gnomes.
If you are buying the felt to make a witch or wizard, you need 2 pieces if you are making it without a cloak and 3 pieces if you are making it with a cloak. You will find witch and wizard kits here.
